Apply fix CVE-2014-8500 to BIND 9.8.8

BIND 8 (or 9.8.x) was End of Life. The final version is 9.8.8.

To fix the CVE-2014-8500: A Defect in Delegation Handling Can Be Exploited to Crash BIND, we can apply the diff from source code between BIND 9.9.6 and 9.9.6-P1 into BIND 9.8.8
